Doesnt sound like it is. Sounds like the club are wiping their hands with Shaun

If that’s the case then a bit of growing up is probably needed on both sides. Johnson staying at Cronulla benefits him and the club. Make it work. Because we CANNOT go into next season with a Moylan/Hynes combo.

If the club can keep the Hynes negotiations quiet, they can keep this quiet too, but they haven't.

Yep agree with all of that.

Wonder how long he wants as well though? I wouldn't be giving him three years.

But the signing of Hynes and extensions of Will Kennedy and Toby Rudolf reportedly set the club back $4.3 million and there may not be space left for both.

What a dumb, intentionally misleading piece of information to give.

Watch the games closely, Moylan pretty much plays as a half back a few times a game (when Townsend didn't overcall for the ball), majority of the set moves are orchestrated by Moylan.. putting him as half back permanently wouldn't be a bad ploy and honestly nothing would really change. 2 attacking halves each side of the ruck, almost un Sharks like.
2018 Moylan highlight reel, beautiful viewing.

Our kicking game changes pretty dramatically, doesn't it? Mozza might have been working on his spiral torps and repeat set kicks over the past two years, but as far as I know neither half for 2022 are known for it

Yep. Poor journalism.
But why should we expect anything better from a current day Jurno (there are one or two exceptions TBF).
$600+$500+$500 (on average for TR & WK) = $1.8 per season.

Depends on whether you passed maths or not

1.8 is referring to three years of Hynes at 600k

Attitude > ability.

SJ's shown his whole career he has all the tricks but it's useless unless everything is going his way. If he's sulking he can pack up & piss off. We need to recapture that hard edge mongrel side keen to scrap all day.

fitz wants it, he wants sj

sj doesnt want the club, the club dont want him - its messy and sj has his lip out

I suppose the club sees and hears alot more than what Fitz does but it would be good if they were aligned eventually.

If SJ has his lip out because of Morris, a coach who didn't even sign him he needs to grow up and take a leaf out of Wiltons book.

I swear SJ said something on a podcast earlier this year about how he wish he handled things better with the warriors and that maybe he was half to blame

Clearly his learnt
