it was a remarkable tackle from latrell, maybe lewy could have got down lower and slid earlier but really that's clutching at straws of a split second decision/play

lewy's runs have been good but i have noticed him get gassed in defense since his return from injury but all players have to deal with fatigue so I won't put that down to just age ect.

also seems to be taking the on the line and holding the ball more (opposed to passing) including dummy half runs

the penalty he gave away for holding onto teddy too long after the legs tackle was his fault but he has form with holding down in the tackle

If Mozza can get up the way he did when we last played Penrith Lewy's got nothing to worry about.

After he got bumped off and spat out I thought the worst. Flashbacks to I think Scott in 2015 doing similar. Then bam belts Waqa, forces a turn over, does more good ****, scores a Lewy trademark try.

Love the bloke.

Yeah same. I thought he was starting to look slow but he was good last night. That line he ran for the try was vintage Lewy.

 but he could have cut back left, inside the defender, closer to the posts. Val probably would have landed it from there, then we're not dickin' around with field goals for the last 10 minutes.
