Nikki I didn't realise that Snowden was suspended, I guess that must be a carry-over penalty from last season with Newcastle?

I have heard good things about Tu'u Maori but do you think he is a real chance of playing first grade this season, and is centre his best position?

Is your mail that Thommo will be ready in time for round one after his comeback from knee surgery?

yes, it is. I think he's still got about 3-4 weeks from memory.

Tu'u is a centre/winger.
Luke Covell would be first choice, obviously.
I would give him (Tu'u Maori) a fair chance of playing first grade this year, especially if we have injuries.
I suppose that he and Bryson could switch at some stage though.

haven't heard anything on Thommo, but I hope so.

i dont care what we do in the first few weeks.if we lose the first 3 games by less that 10 points trying combinations-i wont give a f**k.
i want us to win 8 out of the last 10 games-then i'll be happy

If Tu'u plays first grade i believe he will play wing, and im all for seeing him, he is definately a shot at getting a go this year rated pretty high down at shark park

I think I remember reading somewhere in these forums that 2008 trials can knock games off Snowdens' suspension (don't quote me).

Normally I'm up for search, but not tonight, just got home from job no 2 after leaving for job no 1 @ 8am.

With the tahs, and Tahu - Union honours suspensions across codes and teams and stuff. Tahu went to the tahs with a 2 game suspension or something, so they enlisted him to the Rugby 7's Australian team to use up those suspensions.
