Peach have you even seen Maori play? I doubt it!
My team would be on my knowledge of last season and bits of pieces from the pre season:
1. B. Kearney (Suppose to be having an excellent pre season, one of our best before injuries hit last season)
2. M. Brown (Looked very promising late last season, also has good size)
3. B. Pomeroy (Great size for a centre, great season last year and was rewarded with representative honours)
4. K. Filiga (Very promising young talent, represented NZ A at the age of 18, regarded by some of the bulldogs top players as the next big thing, hopefully can be that x factor in our backline that has been missing and aswell as Ben has great size)
5. D. Simmons (Named here due to Covell's injury, Very disappointing season last year, Ricky has already stated that he has regained confidence and has also bulked up)
6. B. Green (Very tricky position here so many options, Blake has enomous talent as a footballer, I was surprised to see Parra let him go though they are blessed with immense talent in the halves throughout their grades)
7. B. Kimmorley (Has played for NSW and Australia that experience in my eyes is priceless, with Gallen being named as next seasons captain Noddy will be able to just concentrate on his own game and executing our gameplan, also has competition now to keep him on his toes)
8. B. Ross (His first season with us I thought he was the premier prop in the NRL due to his form until he was injured against his former club Penrith, since then he has struggled to regain that form but showed he was improving late last season)
9. K. Kingston (At the moment all I see at hooker is Kevin, Isaac and Brett Seymour, Brett hasn't played all that much hooker and I personally prefer Isaac coming off the bench to speed up the game and give us that impact he did last season, Kevin is a solid player and will do his job)
10. L. Douglas (Im so excited about Luke, IMHO I believe he will turn to be a representative player for years to come, has a tremendous work ethic for a front rower and gets us up the field)
11. P. Gallen (Gaining the captaincy from Noddy shows he has respect from the coaching staff and players, Gal is so aggressive and is one of our intimidators with Bird, also has a great workrate and seems to always crack triple figures in the metres column)
12. L. Thompson (Has alot of experience to guide our very young squad in the right direction, great work rate and seems to be a leader in the sheds)
13. G. Bird (Played for NSW and AUS last season and will probably become a mainstay in the representative arena, Has that intimidation factor like Gallen, is ferocious in defence and devastating in attack)
14. J. Selmes (Id prefer Snowden, Selmes showed potential throughout last season but at the same time looked slow and unfit, Ricky re-signed him so Ill back Ricky's judgement)
15. F. Anderson (Hands let him down last season, I see him as a wide running backrower on the fringes of the ruck attacking the opposition halves and taking on defenders 1 on 1 with outside support in the centre and winger and even with Kearney chiming in as an extra man, comes from a football pedigree family with Louie and Vinnie both represnting NZ and proving to be solid footballers)
16. R. Williams (Runs great lines on the fringes, a more mobile backrower, has an exceptional workrate, IMHO he has the potential and makings to be a representative player)
17. I. De Gois (A damaging impact player, crafty from dummy half and a pitt bull in defence)
