I think if we offered a fair wage to Iro he would stay. Word is he’s very popular in the playing group and loves the club.

Our club could be taking it's time working through things too, like Jack Williams and we only just had Dale retire while 4 weeks ago Iro wasn't even playing FG

Better to plan and take our time getting these things right than panic/rush and get the wrong outcome for player/club
