After getting #554 tattooed on his wrist the week before he ruptured his ACL, Sharks rookie Kade Dykes never anticipated that's how many days he would wait to play NRL again.

Why would that happen?
Joke detector Chadley.

The article mentioned 553 days till our trial from his injury.
Cap said the universe had a funny sense of humour. If the game was delayed a day it would line up as 554, Kades shark number, which would consolidate Cap's point.

Where’s he going to play @egg ?
I honestly don't know mate , he's in the same boat as that Storm freakish young player Sua Fa’alogo .
ABSOLUTELY brilliant , but incumbents above him can't be easily dropped either to make way .

Id say Kennedy is in a far more vulnerable spot than those 3 Storm players.
Then again, we know Fitz doesnt like dropping players.

I just hope that Dykes, Iro and Stonestreet all stay patient.

They still have plenty of time and a year or so more in Ressies isn’t a bad thing.

I can see Dykes and Stonestreet doing that but I reckon Iro is out the door seasons end if he doesn‘t get much NRL game time.

I’m guessing Iro would be next man up for Centre spot if/when required
Dykes for Spine (1, 6 or 7)
Stonstreet wing (obviously).

We have some talent waiting in the wings and we can’t keep them all I guess (just hope we end up keeping the right ones).

yea i agree with you on Iro chasing a starting spot, but also agree with guru, i aint shifting sifa after last years input on the whim Iro can possibly match what sifa provided.

i wouldnt be re-inventing the wheel for kayal, but im sure he'll he get a shot to show what he can offer in firsts at some stage

If you had to decide who to keep at the Club out of.

1.Dykes ,
2. Stonestreet ,
3. Iro
4. Hiroti

I think that would be my order of MUST KEEP.

Given Hiroti has dropped out of the top 30 I don’t think he really falls into the same category as the others
