lol well apply that theory to something a little more guarenteed, Like real estate, I will tell you how I started, It all began when I still lived at home, I bought a block of land in a new sub devision. I bought swooped as soon as a new development area began selling blocks, I bought the best block, then sat on it, allowed the entire sun devision to be buit up with houses, then befor the next sub devision was released for sale, I sold my block for 32% more than I bought it for, within 3 years, I did that twice, then started purcasing houses, worst house in best street. and I renovated them without spending to much money and selling them for at least 15% more that I spent, I did that every year and lived in the houses to avoid tax.
Then I got into sheds. I now purchase sheds in industrial estates rather than domestic housing. brings a betterv return in rent and there are less red tape if you want to evict a bad tennant as its not a house.
