I'll start off, I am a recruitment officer for a company that employs apprentices and trainees based in Sydney, Wollongong and Canberra.

I work in accounts/admin but after recently graduating with a Bachelor of Business I am trying to get my foot in the door for an accounting/business position.....very frustrating experience actually, particularly where I live.They always want people with years of experience but how do you get the experience when everyone wants someone experienced? Vicious cycle....
