He’s going great guns for us this season.

Up there with his best ever season, you can’t be critical of his high shots when & the same time being in raptures with his big hits.
I’d love him to slightly alter his aim target & @ times tidy up his handling but there is just as many in our squad who have the same handling issues but geez, are we or am I expecting too much for him to nail the basic fundamentals like knowing how to draw & pass, he is now mid twenties & is nearing 100 games.

While I still think we could have and should have got Ramien a bit cheaper given the circumstances he was in (no contract, bad form, wants to come to us) it’s good to see what he can deliver now we are playing a game plan that supports him better.

I always said we don’t use him properly outside of SJ who plays deep into line then usually only gives crash balls to Ramien.

He's been a big part of our success this year.

Fitzy is a coach whisper.

Was contained well today, but I think the wet weather played a big part in that as you never have as much space on the edges.

Yeh Penrith were up very quick which made it hard. We needed to get deeper I thought.

Is there a place where it explains what "going deeper" means? Is it long kicks behind the defense line?
Oxford Dictionary:

Going Deeper:
A term used commonly in Rugby League where the backline stand further back towards their goal line in attack. This allows them to receive the ball with greater distance between themselves and the defender.

Often used with rushing defence.

as per apezza and the oxford dictionary they are referring to our attackers standing a bit deeper to give us more space between them and the oncoming defenders.
Needed some times when they defenders are coming too quick for you to do what you want

I did not think of looking it the Oxford Dictionary for a footy term. Thank you for that.

Thank you.

I believe we do this in mid-field or when we are attacing really fast, right? Is it similar to that when, for example, Kennedy inserts himself in the mix out of nowhere and passes the ball quickly?
