Credit to him, I'd didn't give him a chance in hell when he first went over, he proved me very wrong.

Congrats to the Hayne Plane.

I've always enjoyed watching the NFL, but never had a team to follow.
Now I do.

Hopefully not only does this bring more exposure to NFL in Aus but NRL in the U.S. The NFL Twitter feed is loving Hayne at the moment and posted a highlights reel of Hayne in the NRL earlier. Great publicity for all around.

I laughed when he went over there. I'll gladly admit I was wrong and am well and truely on board the Hayne plane. Absolute superstar

With all the talk of the crouched running style I can't help but wonder how Steve Renouf would have gone in the NFL. A bit small maybe.

No idea about the NFL but good luck to him. Massive respect for him. I'll watch a game if he's playing in it.

Pretty tough day at the office for Hayne. Still, showed some of that potential that's got him this far.

The guy ahead of him, Hyde, absolutely tore it up! But a good opportunity still ahead if the number 2 running back of out for an extended period with his calf injury.

Hayne has been waived by the 49ers! Cue the 'we should totally sign him' chat!
