there goes lockyer from the broncos then...........he is off contract at the end of the year n the broncs cant possibly keep him after they have signed falou..........he'll be off to england at the end of the year. I was reading in 'Big League' and lockyer is quoted as saying "England is an option"

huge decision from brisbane to sign folau. im not sure that he was worth 500K a season, but there would be a lot of demand on a player who scores so regularly. well done to the kid in getting big bucks in his second year of nrl

The comment still stands. No winger is worth half a mill. And the only centres worth that much are well established rep centres who can create their own opportunities with the ball, as well as reading and making decisions in defense. The only 2 centres I'd even consider paying a half mill for would be Hodges and Gasnier.

But I still reckon the only blokes who are worth half a mill under the current cap are gun 1's, 6's, 7's or 9's.
