We all do at some stage.

After all my ranting the picture is quite clear.

We are not winning games because the team is carrying some players, they don't back eachother, some are playing as individuals, some are getting desperate under the pressure but it simply comes down to disipline. Last year we won games on disipline. Eg,
We made it to the fourth or fifth tackle, Noddy would place the kick in-goal and then our defense would grind the opposition for 5 and do it all again till the walnut cracked. Our defense had a pack mentality each backing the other to make the tackle (this build confidence). There are too many tacklers in each tackle. We operate at four at times and it leaves holes. Why? Opposition run the fringes score tries. They score tries outwide cause wingers feel nessesary to come in and smother or pressure the next ball carrier. Misi is especially ****ed at doing this. Man up........ Stupid passes. Gallen stop trying to pass the ball every hit up. Read the situation. Some times it's crucial to make the extra metre up the field and not 6m sideways. We haven't got players hitting holes to make it that effective with big meterage anyways. It sets a poor example. Petty "gamesmanship" penalties. Stop trying to milk the referree system and get back to playing footy. I'm sick and tired of hearing about "crushers" "chicken wings" "prowlers" "turtles" and undisiplined discrepancies, raking at the ball, locking players arms in tackles etc, etc.. The small percentage of reward outweighs the penalties it costs. High shots are majority accidental. This poor disipline has cost us the inability to march down the other end put on defensive pressure & score is simply because the games are being played down our end with the ball in the oppositions hands. Why cant we play one or two out stuff with multiple forwards running off Seymour and Barrett either side of the ruck. You lose some attack but after 5 boot it and apply defensive pressure. This is what made us strong last year and the sharks staff have to take a look at how their managing their team cause if not the board has to. Gloves off ****es. This was to and still can be our year.

Gallen should not play until we lose a game considering we are on a winning streak. Since he has been out; we won, are making good metres, not giving away stupid penalties, being racist, lacking disipline or throwing stupid backwards speculator offloads which make us go backwards. I think Gals awesome but he needs to reflect on these before he becomes a player we know he is capable of. I have always said he is not a captains ********(just because your a clubman, influential and popular doesn't constitute a leader) He does not SET an example as he is still a kid in some regards. He needs to be the 2 ic or the go-to-guy and with the right leadership could be a rugby league icon. I still think Gal's awesome and hopefully someone has been in his ear regarding this as the best footballers don't make the best coaches.

Deadly. Not one of your best posts. Gallen is a must if he is available. He has th best stats of any forward in the league and would walk straight into the starting lineup for any team in the NRL
