I think they’ll go Kevin Muscat if they can get him out of his Chinese club, looks like his job there might not be secure anyway.

It’ll be a local, FA doesn’t have the cash for an overseas coach.

Bit of a shame he’s quit now, has left a bit of a mess. I guess he didn’t have belief he could turn it around.

Edit: not a caretaker role, it looks like it’ll be a two year deal to take him to the next World Cup.

Honestly its probably the best they could do with what’s available to them. The FA has no cash, we were never going to go foreign or try to pay to get someone out of a club deal. Some fans have completely delusional and unrealistic expectations, its like they were expecting ****ing Nagelsmann or something. People have got to get used to this reality for the time being.

Losing at home to China will very likely basically end our qualification hopes.
