No Dale got suspended for a reckless tackle that hit the head with his shoulder first, then the head.
This was a clear accidental head clash
Not the way I saw it or Dales opinion, but whatever.

Like when he got suspended he talks about setting a precedent with doing so.

Accidents happen yes. But some accidents have to have consequences.
I can go down the street swinging a samurai sword above my head and if I accidentally cut someones head off while doing so I should get in trouble.

In this case May accidentally caused a head clash by trying to put a hit on and leaving the ground. Better tackle technique would prevent the head clash.

Same with Finucanes. He lead with his head and also had should to head contact.

As simple as it is, it’s contact with the head. Obviously most high shots are accidental.

Head clash no head clash you have responsibility when making the tackle. We know that now and that’s why Dale was suspended.

Just be careful getting your sword out in public…period.
