I'm an old fart as you all know but if you are talking comedians then none of them come close to Billy Connolly. But then again, he isn't Australian. If we're talking Aussie, I'd struggle to think of anyone that is really good.
I saw Adam Hills live about six months ago and he wasn't too bad but not uproariously funny. I can laugh at Carl Barron, he's not too bad. Dave Hughes in small doses. Unfortunately, and I'm not being sexist but some of the female stand ups around I think are awful. Ones like Kitty Flanagan, Felicity Ward, Meshel Laurie etc are cringworthy in my opinion. The only exception is Denise Scott who does make me laugh.

Chris Rock and Dave Chappelle are awesome!

favourite comedians would be Jason Manford, Jimmy Carr and Anthony Jeselnik.

Funniest comedian I've ever heard is a Scottish bloke called frankie boyle.

Frankie is certainly one of my favourites, as is Jimmy Carr.

In regards to panel shows i'd have to include David Mitchell, the guys hilarious.
