I guarantee you HB that he had no idea we had 13 players out on Saturday night. Yeah we were awful and deserved to get flogged but when Hooper told him of our injury plight he suddenly looked sheepish and the subject was quickly changed by Sterlo. You'd have to think his missus calls all the shots.

A lot of people dont understand the way depression or any mental issue can take a toll on anyone. Depression is such a constricting illness on life. Conditions from Anxiety to Depression have such a influence on life without even noticing it. Education is needed, mental conditions need more understanding from the public.

I thought that preston reni and mosese were all shown great respect during the segment i felt like the preston campbell car crash bit was a little staged. With the guy showing up etc. but still was great to see

Yes credit to the footy show last night, I don't usually watch it just turned on by chance but there was an light hearted and surprisingly entertaining segment with Big Mahn interviewing young kids from a footy team, a dark room prank where Erin Molan flipped the **** out which made me cackle
And then a respectful and informative piece on depression that was actually well done. And slats did a good job with the interviews, that restrained style actually suits him. Some very touching stories

Yup, alot of people just think it means your a bit down so go have a drink, buy a tv, do something to cheer yourself up but it's deeper and more complex than that and while not as bad as in the past I think a stigma remains around admitting or being labelled as "depressed"
So again will done to the footy show last night on clarifying some of these points for anyone watching

Wow that was emotional as people are saying I don't understand why people call people with depression careless & selfish, its something that has to be looked at more deeper then that, the days Preston was playing for us I never would have thought he was going through depression
