Be the best supporter you want and care to be. I'm sure Iron is doing exactly the same. I believe he takes greater offence to latter-day bunnies fans in the Shire than any Sharks fan.

Haha! CORRECT! They should be tarred and feathered and driven from the Shire in humiliation!

I can tell the people in the row in front of us hate it when we're vocal at the game, got a few filthy looks off them. Watch it at home if you expect peace and quiet.

That could be because you are shouting in their ear. The one year I had seats and not a GA pass we had some "vocal" supporters sitting directly behind us and random shouting 20cm from my ears actually caused physical pain and sent me back to the hill.

I spent years carrying on like a pork chop at the game, yelling and carrying on, but now I just want to watch the game and socialise with my friends. I don't have the energy or the desire to yell out.

I highly doubt Everton is as bad as those behind us.

Congrats A.S
For such a small crowd we made some noise.
Glad I witnessed that game.
I thought the drums were good, maybe a bit longer between sets and go ballistic when we score.

Matty c can we get chocolate milk at our games that was great at penrith today so refreshing.

Also can we get our cheerleaders in some pvc just like that panthers. It would really give us a lift on the field and off it.

No that's fine. I cant argue with much of that. I've called our supporters fair weathered myself for not going. Monday night however was different. Crazy different ha

I felt **** for leaving the game early, would lived to have stayed but the rain was just too much for the mrs. Just couldn't afford her to get sick, and rightly so because 5 hours after we got home she went into labour lol

Congrats mate. A word of warning though, forcing your kid to be a Cronulla fan could possibly be a form of child abuse.

Pretty average

Been a Sharks fan for 30 years, living over an hour away with 2 kids under 5 has made getting to game a little tough in recent times and this was my first game since the 2013 season.

Thoughts were as follows:

1. Great to see a crowd, I believe there was 14,000 there last night, it looked and felt great.
2. Good halftime entertainment with a massive Dance performance, not unlike College NFL. Half time flew (We're learning).
3. The volume of the ground announcers speakers in the Peter Burns stand were unbearably loud, when trying to get organised prior to the game (particularly with kids) its soon hectic.
4. Hot Dog from the specialised Hot Dog stand was tops.
5. Pie my daughter ate (against my advice) looked shocking.
6. Beer lines were long (probably as a result of the crowd being up)
7. Merchandies stands well staffed with lots of variety.

Last but CERTAINLY not least......

8. PARKING !!!!! The removal of the car parks on the old practise fields and the clearway on Captain Cook Dr past the club where everyone used to park either side of the road has spewed cars our all across the district. We arrived in the area at 4.00pm (5.30 game) we spent 25 mins driving looking for somewhere to park where we wouldn't need to be piggy-backing the kids back to the car at the end of the game. Eventually settled and parked halfway to the railway line then walked for 20 mins.

In Summary, Loved the big crowd and thought it was handled pretty well once inside the ground however the parking situation is a mess. The kids had a ball particularly my daughter who is 6. If we got off the couch to go again we'd definitely get there at least 2 hours before the game, the parking is ridiculous and need improvement, hopefully this will be delivered in the new development.

Problem is mate the lack of parking ensures we exist.

The offer transport to yhe game from train stations etc, so they are encouraging that avenue. We were parked way up c.c drive too, but i guess its unavoidable.
Spot on about the pa system, but i think it couldbe the announcers annoying voice that ****s me most

The drums were a bit quieter last night.

It's good that the club is trying different things to bring the spark back to Shark Park.
I like were it's all heading,

Need to get more flags, I saw a queens game (not by choice) and they were handing out foxtel flags to everyone who walked in the gate, yes they were all red and white
and the mass of flags in the crowd look awesome.
Maybe get a sharks sponsor to do the same but make the flags a decent size, about the size of your average flag.

In your head, rent free
Stop the war cry. Its shocking.

For a better game experience bring the bali execution squad over to shoot robson pre game. Then and only then would the **** provide entertainment value.
