im actually on holidays from the 8th for 2.5 weeks, but i wont stay in sydney a week. going to the gold coast on the 18th and missus mum is getting married on the 16th, so ill be driving home after the broncos game if that actually happens

1 thing im getting terribly sick of is the NRL's leaked information.

We have rd 1 completely leaked, and now reports of rd 2 match ups etc. If the draw is ready, and obviously has been for a while, just release it. Why leak info to the media the day before you 'officially' announce it.

I assume it's a case of NRL saying to some jouro's we'll scratch your back as long as you scratch ours.

maybe the NRL are saying we want you to go easy on a bad story or maybe they want them to push a certain story in the media?

If our last 5 of 6 games are at home, I don't see how we have our first two at home. We must play a lot of away games in the middle.

if we have 5 home games from rd 21 to rd 26, and 2 home games rds 1 & 2, then we have 4 home games from rd 3-20........no matter what times, days or channel our games are on, this draw is far from favourable if true.

cssc just put all these details on facebook. be interesting to see what is true and what isnt. because i highly doubt the nrl would allow any team to play 1 in 4 games at home mid season. what if we are going for the spoon......no crowds at the end of the year thats for sure. wont happen

doubt the NRL would grant our requests. And why the **** would you request it??

Yeah i mis-counted. was thinking 11 games for some reason. There is 18 rds from round 3 to 20, 2 of those are byes. That would mean 5 at home 11 away in that time. Thats really unacceptable. Yes it makes for a good run home, but if it turns out like 2014, we end up sucking infront of a small home crowd for 5 home games in the last 6.

i can see positives and negatives to it. I like the 'run home' aspect. But i cant help but feel like the mid-season could take a turn for the worse. We could be playing 2 away 1 home, 2 away 1 home for 16 weeks. while that kinda works. If those games become Brisbane - NZ - Cronulla, then to NQ - Canberra - Cronulla. the boys will be spending a lot of time on the road, in quick succession.

Either way, i like our week 1 and 2. I will attend both of those. I was praying for GC week 3, as i will be staying nearby that weekend. But i heard we are getting Melbourne early on? Note Smith will be out the first month
