Hey guys, with an agreement looking close I thought I would start up a thread to see who is interested in playing Fantasy NBA this season if :hoping it goes ahead.

I shall steal Snow's idea and create a social group so we can keep on top of everything.

Yes he played **** in the recent Finals series in the 4th quarter, but 5 seasons of dominance in that area shouldn't be erased due to 1 poor outing.

I'll set this one up. Going to tweak the rules so that there can't be any cheating. Even if people do mysteriously enter two teams (the old double-dipping trick) I'll set the league so that there are zero trades all season, thus placing more emphasis back on the draft.

I'm not going to be the laughing stock this time. More research is going into every trade or I'm not going to bother. I took the word of people on here in too trusting a manner. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.

I've set up the league. Live draft time is set for SATURDAY 12TH NOVEMBER 8AM. If you can't make it pre-set your team. As it appears the season is going to start sooner than later, Yahoo is encouraging everyone to get their drafts going now, hence the nominated time.

League limit is set to 8 players. To avoid dodgy goings-ons, there are ZERO trades this year; only the ability to pick up off the waiver wire.

The League is split into two conferences; The Eastern Conference and the Western Conference. Just for fun, how about we each pick the conference that our favorite team is in. For example, I would be in the Eastern Conference because of the Orlando Magic.

Plenty. Why do you need to rely on trades? Get it right in the draft and there are no issues. Everyone that's been doing fantasy for years knows that you don't allow trades in Leagues where you don't physically know everyone.
