Lee doesn't make anymore mistakes than most players, but he's made some clangers in big games so they stick out more

Never called him ****, just explained why people are bringing up his error rate
Worst signing since Ayshford. I guarantee this guy is a gumby. Slow, can't break a tackle even for a dude so big. Is only good at intercepts.
It shouldn't but it does tend to happen. Many players have made big errors at the worst time, doesnt define them though

Kimmorley and Hodgson in Origin.
It is unfair.
Agree. People ride it for eternity though. They are remembered for those moments but those moments dont indicate a lack of skill. An error is an error.
Edrick Lee only played 17 games last year so hardly a fair comparison to use those 'stats' if that's the point you are trying to make. All the players mentioned to compare errors with all played close to a full season.
But if you like stat comparisons
Johnathan Wright 2015 v Edrick Lee 2016
Wright ran more metres, had more line breaks and try assists and a better scoring strike rate including less errors than Lee did last year
Let's not even compare how Lachlan Maranta 2015 compares stats wise.
Stats don't show the full picture, just saying....
And I'm undecided on Lee at this stage but happy to see him given a chance
But a bloke like mal meninga and another in kevin walters who have a little knowledge of the sport have him rated....
Makes him an immortal in my eyes.does to me haha

Anyway, as I said before I'm ambivalent. Hope he absolutely tears it up for us.
