Don't rate him but he's a better option on the wing then Beale.

If he can find his catching ability and work rate consistently it will be a very handy signing

In his Sharks interview he comes across as meek and mild mannered. Not bad character traits IMO. Seems like a genuine nice guy.

assuming that he is playing on the right wing (1 would think Flanno wouldnt wanna break up the left side combo that actually game to life last year), partnering Bird there make its a pretty strong (physically) wing. I like

I might be biased because of the first game I saw him play him being incompetent when everyone was talking him up. So maybe they stick in my mind more. I still stand by him being prone to errors (not only knock ons, bad reads, bad decisions in attack & defence).

I would have thought Bird & Holmes had a fair few more times handling the ball. On the road so can't look into that.

I didn't even watch the Raiders Storm game that he had a stinker in so that hasn't effected my judgement. It comes purely from the games I've seen him play over the last few seasons.

He's certainly capable of winning games through freakish play which is his upside.

I stand by not rating him but thinking he's a better option than Beale. Very good signing for us even purely from a lack of wingers point of view. We would be in strife if we had injuries, don't like the idea of Capewell or Noodles on the wing (although admittedly I've only see Noodles in the WCC so could be completely wrong there).

Worst signing since Ayshford. I guarantee this guy is a gumby. Slow, can't break a tackle even for a dude so big. Is only good at intercepts.

Lee doesn't make anymore mistakes than most players, but he's made some clangers in big games so they stick out more

A tall gangly guy like Edrick can't be expected to be quite as coordinated as those with shorter limbs, just look at Glen McGrath for example, a lot of those tall cricketers are like a giraffe on roller skates.

They can do things that most others can't though and that's where the advantage lies.

We just need to adapt the team to take advantage of his talents and cover for the areas where he needs assistance.
