I was ignoring this thread but thought I might as well join in

Second teams:

Green Bay Packers
Widens Vikings (since I live ere now)
Tott Hottspurs
Anyone playing the Broncos. (don't hate the team, hate the fans, most arrogant people I've ever met) it was like a weight being lifted flying away from that city..

No more Broncos supporters
No more Qld Supporters

Mine is Widness Vikings. My step father played there back in the 80's.

I don't know if you'd call it a soft spot, as behind St George and Manly it's the the team I love to beat the most! But since my husband supports them I guess I don't mind if Parramatta go ok. Not ok enough to be within reach of us but ok enough so that the husband has some happy moments during the season.

I have voted for them but I must stress that they are not my second team. Only one team for me!!!

All my family are Eels supporters Boom Boom.

Well you'd know the despair they've been through too deano. At first I rather enjoyed their downfall because I had endured so many jibes from Eels supporters about the Sharks following ours and their 2009 season (this is why I still want to flog their arses) but there's only so much devastation the husband can endure.

Lucky you!

My mum, Dad, Sister, brother-in-law & nephew all go for The Dragons

My Brother goes for The Bulldogs

Me, my Mrs, my other Nephew and my sister in law all go for the sharks

Half our extended family go for the Sharks and the other half the Dragons. Makes for a very interesting and vocal local derby.

Any chance at all converting your hubby to being a Sharks fan? When I met my wife she was a Dragons fan through and through but it's Sharks for her now. Fully 100% converted!

Propping up the bar in Bundaberg
What part of the mid north coast mate? I grew up in Forster... **** the knights! Lol

Lake Macquarie, Port Mac-Crescent Hd then Coffs/Woolgoolga. I was in surf mode in those days. Moved to Bundaberg for 6 months 13 years ago and for some strange reason stayed.
The Nights aren't so much as a second team, just a slight hint of a soft spot is all.
