He should have kicked one 10mins earlier!!!

I am so filthy at that performance. We were obviously tired from playing Monday night but our forwards really didn't stand up to the Penrith pack. They just outmuscled us in the end. We desperately needed Ross out there tonight. Anderson is just to soft and although I love Nutleys commitment he really has bugger all impact these days. Lastly COVELL must go! His ****house goal kicking again has finally cost us a game. His football simply isn't good enough to be in the side without him banging over the goals. Thank God for Bird and Kimmorley they are really tring their guts out. Come on Sharks we have to stand up at Shark Park!!!
Ok, I feel better now..................

Looked like a field goal

I cant beleive covell is still in the team, even when he was kicking goals last year thats all he did right, i reckon if you looked at the stats he lets in 70% of the trys against the sharks

I thought it was in too. If the NRL review decided it was in, would we be given the two points?

He is another Ross Conlan or Eon Crossan! At least they could kick he can't kick, run, tackle or catch at the moment!

no cozz the decision was made on the field by hamster

I remember a couple of years ago we kicked a goal, but it got waved away as a miss. We won anyway, so the points weren't an issue, but the guys that waved it a miss were dropped from FG.

At the moment?

The only thing he had going for him was he could kick and he is a "funny bloke at training" and the "team loves him"

It is hard to tell- I have already worn away the tape, 'Basic Instinct' style, at that point checking. It looked to me to cross in front of the right upright which would mean it went in. Also when the ball landed it hit on the full a microphone/fireworks/some thingy placed 10 metres behind the dead ball line directly between the posts, which would require some freakish wind (going the wrong way) or a very wide attempt to miss and still hit that thing. Still, we may never know...

I am as disappointed with our defense (4 tries, all from unstructured attack) as with the result. And we should have won with better decision making and options rather than leaving ourselves to the mercy of one decision.
