Funny you remember Dane's offloads. When I was watching the side back then you could always be confident he'd die in the tackle with the pill. We'd always say, "he won't pass it" and 9 times out of 10 we'd be right!

Thought David played really good in the match on the weekend. Is well and truly showing all the traits his brother has. Strong, leader, big carrys, offloads, tireless in defence. With the rest of the season and a good pre-season i think he could become a great assets for the team next season, and could see him close to Andrews current level around the 2015 season if hes around.

Any news on a new deal for him?

Yeah he plays a lot like his bro. It was weird watching the game on the weekend, they're so alike. Andrew is much fitter so it would seem a hard off season could get David to at least 80% the player his brother is. And that would do.

New cheap signing for me. Ross has passed his use by date for mine. Taufua just doesn't inspire me much.

Coates might be an option as well. I have been told he is in talks for a new deal.
