What exactly do you think we signed him for?

He is doing exactly what we signed him for superbly
Could cut down the suspensions and little stuff ups (like ruining a try today)

We carried Fifita on a massive contract for years, Dale is giving us much more than he did for a while. Difference is Fifita earned it with us, Finucane earned it elsewhere

Because you don't ****ing know that's why, and the fact he didn't miss and important tackles

He was a rock in the middle, but your fantasy stat's won't show that and you're to ****ing stupid to see it yourself
Hahahahahahah you are special

We need him to be a difference maker in big games - the miss in the South’s semi haunts me - he wasn’t alone , granted ..

Why does he need to be a difference maker? That wasn’t his role at Melbourne so why would it be here, his job is to do the hard yards and keep the middle tight. I think he hasn’t been at his best lately but he’s far better then what other teams have

Starting to really think this bloke is done. This long contract is gonna bite us.
I'm wondering if I just had different expectations. Between his injuries and suspensions he's probably not offered what I hoped, but he hasn't been bad.

Worth keeping in mind as well that the last year of his contract is only on about 350k (apparently). So he'll potentially be transitioning to the more Tolman style role.

Yeah he is an interesting one. I do not think he ever stood out as a Meter eater and I feel like people thought he would do that. You are paying him for defence and work around the ruck. Also for his professionalism and experience. I do think by his last year though, we should be expecting him to play from the bench.

Be good if he could stop having a breather in the opposition line though , twice he's done it now , cost us a try on Saturday and led to one a couple of weeks ago .
