$12 million out of $40 million is in escrow for the Leagues club reno, but how it is spent is still up to the board I imagine. Would be nice to see some guarantees that it won't go to companies linked to directors.

Its why the ground is being shut down for two years as construction work is happening on all four edges of the ground at once. Federal Government is also throwing money at it.
