Well my dad was told by his mate that the head of Tyran Motors (can't spell) & ET are going for the board. Also that a major sponsor is just about to jump aboard hopefully these rumors are true.

I've heard the same thing. The head of Tynan Motors is Madeline Tynan, a very canny businesswoman with lots of sense. This is what she had at the time Bird was suspended

Pressure on the club to reinstate Bird has also come from a sponsor, Tynan Motors, which has stood by the player since the alleged assault last month.

“My personal view and that of my family is that he should be playing,” Tynan Motors’ Madeline Tynan told Fairfax.

I've also heard strong rumours from the Shire about a new sponsor to be named soon but have no ideas who it is.

Madeline Tynan as Chairman, whilst a woman as boss would be a nice look, sadly Miss Tynan’s business attributes aren’t the greatest. Insiders from Tynan Motors advise she is a truly hopeless administrator and business person. My suggestion would be to bypass Madeleine for big daddy Michael Tynan then we’d see some worthwhile changes.

Just on the rumours, I too have heard (forum talk) that our Club should expect a big cash influx shortly from unnamed source, plus... the DA is close to being approved. Things are looking up, fingers crossed hey???
