He turned a bottom feeding team into a fringe finals team by adding only a halfback who nobody else wanted and a prop who had never played an NRL game. Should just have won coach of the year.
This year it is the new signings getting all of the wraps but it is the spine and Peachey who are driving the bus.

So Ciraldo apparently reckons he doesn’t want to dog Panthers by skipping out on his contract a year early. I guess it’s not like he has a head coach offer so it’s a bit different to that but cmon Fitz you need to get in his ear and make it happen.

I'm a big fan of keeping Hannay on next year, it'll mean he'll start the transition process this year as its in everyone's best interests, especially his if he's sticking around helping out.
Might mean changing some systems, giving some players more game time than others, giving some players no game time.
We were never winning the comp this year, but starting things in motion for next year is only going to be our long term advantage.
We could see players not part of next years plans given game time over contracted players yet to get game time - Pele, Jensen etc.
