it sucks that this has become such a key part of the game to get good at. used to be about making a good hard tackle and getting ready for the next one

and with the ball it was about making metres and busts not getting tangled up to milk it or trying to drop to your knees for a quick play the ball

pretty sure we were awarded more 6 agains and penalties by the refs in the first half. I think they gave us a fair shake but they missed kennedy being tackled in the air and a storm knock early on which storm scored their first try soon after which was annoying

but overall I felt the officials were competent which was a nice change after weeks of tough calls and strange interpretations against us

ref was a complete non factor last night I feel Storm were just better and score was fair reflection

Hope the coaches or club ask for clarification on the ruck speed tonight. We won the tackle and was held down with hands all over the ball.

Obviously there are times when the defenders win the tackle and can take that bit longer but thought the new six again rule was to penalise third man flop, hands on ball and slow peel.

hehe Woods looks guilty of milking even when he isn't . too many thick shakes perhaps

there were for sure some tackles Storm held on to long and got away with it

Only a few more weeks and he’s the Sharks coach. We’ll get interviews from him, insight to the direction the club is going etc.

Will be very refreshing

If we do qualify, we will be up against Fitz’ Chooks so an extra incentive for the boys to impress (not that it should be required in a semi)

aren't they reopening?? the demand for click and collect too high!
besides we need every person and his dog that can fit in a trolley to get back there
