Burton 6
Tracey 4

Is better than the opposite way though. I still think Burton can be a great 6, he's just killed his development moving to a **** side to be the guy before he was ready.

Throw him in the 6 at Penrith and everyone would be frothing on him.

They got Drew Hutchinson also.
True, but I'd say a hutch/Sexton halves combo is equally uninspired.

All you need to see is how Mahoney went from looking like a top tier hooker to a bottom tier one. Dogs had no go forward and no platform to play off.
He didn't magically become **** and Burton isn't either.

Has Tracey signed with the dogs? Last I heard we weren’t releasing him this year.

Tracey will be their fullback

Crichton is their centre
I don't eel as sure as everyone else seems to be that Tracey will be fullback. Why wouldn't he slot into the centres?

Few rumours around we want a promising junior from them, similar to Bradbury deal.

Gus might put up more of a fight but feel like they’re more interested in getting him than we are releasing him

Yeah we have no motivation besides being g nice to him to release him.
Weakens us and strengthen opponents.

What have bulldogs/gould ever done for us?
Chipped in towards Woods? They wanted him out

You want him, make it worth our while

Finally! I’d be asking for them what we need. A middle forward. They don’t really have anyone that would strengthen us there. So therefore **** em. We keep Tracey.

Does it weaken us that much if we let him go?
If dykes and Kennedy go down again yeah. If they stay healthy we’ll be fine I believe.
Surely Iro is next in line to play centre. Tracey down to our 2nd3/red back up in the backs behind Dykes, Iro

If we don’t get many injuries, no

Bit of a ‘rather have him and not need him’ situation.

Could throw all your decent depth pieces away thinking does it weaken us that much…

we don’t know if Dykes will do any training for fullback. He might, especially if Tracey was to leave. He might be focused on 5/8 though.

Tracey might be 2nd choice right centre. If not second choice left at least Iro would have to be extremely close (talking as though Talakai unchanged of course). I’ve never seen Iro play right I don’t think.
