Sorry Baanya, I would suggest that we have employed a Caretaker Coach, Sharpe even admits that he is carrying the team until Flanagan's return and has no desire to become a full-time Coach.

Anybody that picks players less then 30 would do me. We have put up with "professional" for a long time in key positions rather than "exciting". Barry Russell and Jonathan Docking and John O'Connor were in early 20's when given a chance, so was ET and Sludge. They wouldn't get a run with Flanno.

Whats wrong with that, It is better than bringing in another body for 1 year just to throw everything upside down.
And i do believe that's what would happen, we have the potential to Implode and then the whole lets build a team starts again.

Flanno has clearly made a lot of good calls.

I really think Sopoaga , Licha and Leutele need to be in the top 17 to freshen up the squad.

Trial form permitting, they are all good enough IMO.

i think not and some times it is hard to find a spot for them that doesn't do the exact opposite and that is actually weaken the squad sad but true.

We won't ever know if they are ready because they do not get a run with Flanno. On the facts you cannot be proven wrong, but for fuc$s sake why don't we ever have a crack with a youngster. Every other club has a go but not the Sharks because there seems to be a fear of failure rather than a desire to have a real crack.

I just think we haven't had one that's actually good enough for the long haul, but we did give Feki/peach/Sopoaga a run this year.
