I know that some might think I'm giving him too much of a rap but I honestly see Chad is from the same mold as Mitch Healey and Michael Speechley. And that aint a bad mold to be forged from!

I think he'll benefit hugely from Baz's focused attention as the Club's halves coach over the next 12 months.

As far as will he get a run?

I hope when the time comes for him to step up and take the opportunity that he does so and meets that challenge full on.

I thought he was fairly average early last year but improved during the year, but after watching his game on Sunday he is a future 1st grade half. We ned him to be signed quickly before he gets snapped up by another club.
It seems we can't attract decent players to the club, so its time we started to protect our own and build for the future and not let them be lured away.

Not sure, but if we're at 11.5 mil now and get 4 mill, that takes us down to 7.5 which is a lot more manageable!
