100% agree he should be picked for the blues.

Should have happened years ago, it's such a NSW thing to not pick a made for Origin hard working no bs player until 3/4 of their career is done.

If he was a Qlder he would have already debut for them

Fortunately 30 years old is a pretty good age for a forward, Cam is still super fit and got more good years in the tank so it isn't too late giving him a jersey now it just should have already happened seasons ago even back when he was playing for Merge and was their best player.

Commentator said Madge was looking at him to play lock which is heading down the right track I feel if they are serious. Some sort of middle role with big minutes to make use of that motor and workaholic attitude - get him out there to make his tackles and his runs. The more he does the more it helps his team.

Don't pick him for some bs 5 min cameo utility role at the end of the game and then throw him on the scrap heap after they lose

Cam said in the press conference after the Tigers game that the Sharks jersey deserved more respect than what it was given that night and he for 1 lead the charge and lived up to what it means to show it respect. It wasn't just words.

It's a luxury having a bloke that can play a good hard 80 minutes in the middle and we really have needed it sometimes. If he can do that no one else has any excuses.

Love this guy as 13. Reminds me a little of Gal with his willingness to tuck it under the arm and take a hit up. Seems to be doing it at the right time too. I don’t wanna say a “calming” hit up, but that’s exactly it. Good way to keep a sharks team who throws it around too much at times under wraps.

There is a good balance of everything atm.

Missed the tackle on Havilli for the Burgess try and gave away a penalty late on Cody as well. Did some good things, but they were killers.

I did go down that line of thought. Wondering where you would draw the line. Got me thinking if we fans see it as a negative, when it’s actually such a vital thing - if it is.

I could see Cam pushing Nicho out of the way in a GF scrum move. Rudolf probably more suited to this sort of thing though for shenanigans sake.

Yeah, not perfect. Very noticeable given the context too. I did notice him getting a bit of treatment leading up to the Burgess try I think it was.

I do notice a lot of people high on the error list are people who have the most impact on a game. Ponga, Tommy Turbo is #1

His missed try won’t come up as an error, but I think my point is that you can afford some people a break when they are contributing so much more in other areas.

When you’ve got a bloody Nene McDonald topping your **** ups there is a problem though.
