Not expecting him to be a world beater yet. Will afford him the same opportunity Jayden had before judging too harshly.

He is being afforded the same opportunity mate... Harsh judging and expected to be a world beater.

By some maybe. If he can start off with a season like Jaydens first I'll be happy. The challenge is to kick on from there, which his brother didn't.

Lots of harsh critics. Maybe afford him some time to develop his game, he’s clearly talented, his service is fine and he’s always been rated more by the club than Jayden. That includes Ennis and Flanno.

Lot of people wrote off Billy now everyone wants to suck his cock

I don't think anyone is expecting a world beater, but we need him to be a competent first grader next year, we can't afford another liability.

He will be afforded the same as Jayden but how can you say his service is fine?

Ffs its horrific, even the commentators at half time were saying it

He didnt put a ball on the chest until the 70th minute

He was our worst on field yesterday by a long way, which is alarming

70th minute hey? Well if we’re not going to have a serious conversation I’m out.

And Evans was easily worst on the field.

Whilst I am not so sure was worst, he definitely wasn’t even average for mine.

Which was the same as last week.

Bit of a concern if he is the front runner for first grade if he isn’t even average in the reserve grade team....

Wouldn't it be funny, we supposedly had two gun hookers, we had to make a choice, and they both turn out to be garbage.

Anyway, I said it after last week, I really don't see the hype with Blayke.

Must run in the family then.

There is a 3rd brother , younger unless I am mistaken. No idea if he plays league but whatever throw him the Steeden go all in at this point lol see what he can do. 3rd times a charm surely not all of them are bog haha

Doesn't help that our coach was an average hooker. Losing Ennis from staff sucks. Who is mentoring and developing them directly now ? Although that can only help so much if the Raw talent isn't there

Blayke just turned 21 in September. He remains a talented young hooker with big upside. I agree with other posters that he needs to get bigger and stronger. However, don't just fixate on the past 2 games for the Bluebags. He will know that he underperformed but the big thing that he gets from these games is the experience of playing and winning in front of a huge crowd.

How big would you estimate the crowd when that game was on
2 to 3 hundred? ;)

He doesn't show a lot of urgency, is very, very laid back. I think this needs to improve.
