Sounds reasonable at face value.............but in the reality of a competitive market, a successful boss is one who can put personal opinions and issues to the side and draw quality out of their employees.

Employee A.........brings in 25k profit to the company pa and sucks the boss' cock every Tuesday and Thursday.

Employee B...........brings in 75k profit to the company pa and has the personality of a gnat.

A quality boss would promote employee B over employee A.
A lesser boss would find himself out of a blow job by the end of the year.

If thats correct then how tough would it be rocking up to training everday, playing your heart out & busting your guts on the field and feeling that the club your busting your ass for doesn't respect you and never supports you. :birdno He's been inspiring this season, it is sad to hear this if true (not saying your lying greatwhite, you only say what you hear). I really feel for him, though this is business now-a-days and Ricky wants to win now, and that is what makes him one of the best IMO. That is disheartening. But if I can draw a positive, its that although Sticky isn't a fan, he still gives him the job of #7.
