Billy mentions how refreshing it is to be at a club that has a strong work ethic and cares about the jersey and pride in success.
Flexing on the Merge is a good way to start your Sharks career

No. Was it Jmoz or Flanno Jnr said it when they moved from Sharks to RoostersRoosters? Are you referring to Burns?
Article says he has played FG for Penrith and Dragons unless he was telepathically linked to Fitz at Easts
It was Flanno Jr. And the Sharks preseason he called softer was run by his dad.No. Was it Jmoz or Flanno Jnr said it when they moved from Sharks to Roosters
“Roosters are more professional and harder preseason” (or similar)

Yeah I remember him saying that as well.Yep, JMoz said it too.
After we were nice enough to grant him release he criticised the club from his new place of work.
All of this.. and no players wants to poke the bear with the trainers by saying the new place is a bit easy.Pretty much every player asked says their preseason was harder than the last one at their own club.
Should we be upset about all of them too?
I'm convinced players interviewed in March just have the pains of the current most recent preseason more in mind than the pains of one that probably peaked 14 months ago.
Throw in sucking up their new club, or trying to talk up their current season to be better, and what else can you expect.
That's not what he said though. He was talking about levels of professionalism, quality of training and levels of fitness.Pretty much every player asked says their preseason was harder than the last one at their own club.

I didn’t quote him, I spoke in general terms, I feel it’s still a pretty comparable comment though. That's not what he said though. He was talking about levels of professionalism, quality of training and levels of fitness.
What he was saying was probably correct. I only have a problem with him publicly slagging off his former employer after they gave him a lifeline when his career was seemingly over and then bowed to pressure and let him go to another team, leaving their squad short that season.
And he did his preseason at the Sharks that year anyway. He started the season with the Sharks and then played round 3 for the Roosters.
I thought that you were referring to my post and was wondering how you could formulate a confident opinion when you didn't seem to know much about it.I didn’t quote him, I spoke in general terms, I feel it’s still a pretty comparable comment though.
Quality of training and fitness in particular - not a big distinction to ask someone about preseason, or a few rounds in.
It’s just players usually get asked specifically about pre season.
Less common you could find other players also spruiking their new clubs professionalism. Not sure if you could find any saying it’s worse.
Yeah, would have been nice if he had bit his tongue, especially given we did him the favour (although had to release someone), whether right or wrong.
The bold is the basis of the internet hahaI thought that you were referring to my post and was wondering how you could formulate a confident opinion when you didn't seem to know much about it.
Now I realise that you were responding to an earlier post.
