SJ goth me thinking... who would our top 5 (10?) signings of all time be?

That’s my top 3, I’ll figure out 4 and 5 later, plenty of good ones to pick from like Maloney, Noddy, Cliffy Watson etc

If your not talking about first grade players from rival clubs and your opening it up to junior signings as well, then Gal is top of the pile.

Trying to figure out if Gavin Miller was as good as I remember him... wasn't he a pom?

I'd have Miller in the top 10. Probably the club's best signing in the 80's.

Not sure what qualifies as a "signing" for this purpose. A junior from the country (e.g. Peachey)? or interstate (e.g. Holmes)?

Let's say played first grade somewhere else first.

Bugger it... anyone who wasn't a junior qualifies.

I'm going with Lewis.

Signed just before the massive ****storm, held tough, and began our premiership window

What counts as a “signing” for the purposes of the thread? Someone who was already an established first grader elsewhere? Someone who isn’t a Sharks junior? Or something else? For example, does Paul Gallen count? Would Paul Green count (not that he’s top 3 but just an example)? Would Ramien count?

Edit: Sorry - didn’t see that it was explained above ... will have a think about it.

Ricky Stuart. He left us with Flanno, who got us most of the players listed above.
