Then fix it. I want to see one last good ****fight of the off season. The more groups you insult the better!

Okay, Women supporters should not be counted as real supporters, They should be in the kitchen cooking my dinner. If they have enough time to watch footy obviously there is dirt, crying babies, a hungry man, a man in need of a beer or something that need to be done around!

That should be a good **** fight, If that doesn't work Ill think of something better tomorrow.

Run at me you 12 fingered, firework and porn loving freak.

Haha Rep is coming your way!... Talking about rep, Where did all mine go?

Grew up in the bush in a St. George household, old man was mates with a couple that played in some of the Saints 13 premiership winning sides. Moved to Caringbah in 1966, played footy for the Cronulla Caringbah Leagues Club wearing wests colours with a shark on the chest. 1967 became an instant Shark supporter & have never wavered & never will..

Live in Brisneyland these days & look forward to my one game a year, although that could now be two with the Titans games..

As for Broncos fans, they are crap, they start leaving the ground 20 mins before full time if they think they can't win & then piss & moan about how bad some players are, the coach, anything except they were beaten by a better team on the day..When they win there appears to 1000s more supporters come out of the woodwork & start supporting again..all with some strange ego boosted loyalty, try telling them there team is crap when they are winning & lookout..have had a fella smash a stubbie & threaten to glass me for bagging the Broncos, quickly put him in his place by telling him if he did i would tell my sister..he was my brother in law, so Broncos fans are pussy whipped as well...

^^ haha no way.

its easy to be a shark in cronulla. you're surrounded by them, no one blinks twice if you're rockin out in your jersey.

out of town you even mention the sharks you've gotta deal with the 1000 questions/niggle that goes along with being a fan of the worst team in history. it takes a higher level of devotion to deal with

I used to live in Caringbah and go to most games, I'm now living in Yass on the same street Gavin Millers pub is on and I'm a season ticket holder in the Lower ET stand. Bring on Saturday night, hope we stick it to the Storm.

:gal:

Good too see Gal sign a long term contract as well.

Sharkies, Sharkies, Sharkies, Oi, Oi, Oi.

Growing up on the Gold Coast there wasn't any Broncos for a long while. Becoming a shark was all about a pair of socks for me. People I'd grown up with and who supported other teams in the NSWRL found no problem with jumping on the Broncos bandwagon when they entered the comp.
I couldn't understand it. How can you just change allegiance like that?
They weren't a QLD side. They were a side from Brisbane. That probably helped me hate them from the start actually. Coasties and Brissoes have always had a healthy rivalry.
In the 1999 season, I was so sure we were going to make the granny, that I booked flights home for the day after the prelim. against Drags, so I could watch us (hopefully) lift the cup.
Obviously I was full of hope at half-time of the game but then 'the man' (sickening) **** on my dreams. Felt absolutely devestated and even my english wife (who normally laughs at my "stupid ability to get so hung up about a game"), was consoling spouse personified.
I still came home and my brother met me at the airport to share a cup of bitter tears. ****** it. It still hurts now. :(

have supported for almost 40 years and aint going to change now, being away from the shire means you are always defensive about your team and why you support them, Passion or stubborness i'm not sure which but i think it is passion in my case.

also nice to see a few of the CSSC boys over on the weekend (spotted way over the other side of the field) and only sorry i didnt get to have a chance to catch up with them as i scurried away under a hail of abuse from friggin warriors fans

Hey Huia I was sitting in Bay 11 with the CSSC, just behind the Toyota Cup squad. Saw a Sharkies flag flying in the lower eastern stand, was that you?

I live in Penrith, most of mates are Easts, Parra and Panthers supporters. Have supported Sharkies since I was a kid, and have continued to wear their jerseys even in the darkest times (Well, okay, I didn't touch my jersey last weekend. :p). Unfortunately, I'm still a Shark Park virgin. Can't wait to head out there one day.
