If Farah was an option he wouldn't cost a whole lot I would think? The tigers don't want him and would more then likely pay a huge part of his contract.

Sign Farah on a 1 year deal and then have Nu ready to go for 2018

I like Seggy as a player, but I'm a bit concerned with the way he went out from the Panthers.

If we've done a job to build a strong professional culture, I really don't want to bring in anyone that could put that in jeopardy.

I think that's the issue though. Tigers are trying to force him to leave by playing in reserves as then they don't have to pay any of his contract. He's on almost 1 mil next year, can't see tigers being prepared to chip in enough of that to make him worth signing and losing other players for.

Oh true. Didn't see it like that. No thanks then to sighing him unless it's not costing us much.

Honestly, if you ask me, the Farah of today is only worth 400k MAX!
Honestly haven't seen him be anything like his former self, more of a tackling machine these days.

And it fair enough, hes 32 now, countless injuries. Hes simply not the same player.

So we keep Lewis now? Hope so. Silver lining. Damn shame. Let's not replace Mick with Farah please. Please.

I really would like to see Nu Brown take up the hooker role next year, then when Maloney gives it away, move him to the halves and bring Brailey into the team. These two guys are seriously talented young footballers, I say we back them and give them pathways to senior football. Plus I think this way makes the near impossible task of keeping Holmes and Bird together a bit more possible, maybe even Barba. We can build a roster around young guys like Holmes, Bird, Townsend, Brown, Brailey, Capewell and lead by Wade Graham.

You got a solid guy like Kostjaysn, plus another young guy like Jayden Hodges. I want us to back Nu Brown though.[/QUOTE]

Oh no Ennis retiring... Can not believe it, he has been the best thing to happen to us in a long while ,I hope he reconsiders or.... Sticks around the club in a coaching role , I feel a bit devo.

I hope we fast track Nu Brown

I'm better than Farah. He is ****.

He wouldn't make it on the field if we signed him anyway, I'd shoot the prick before I'd let that germ play for us.

I'm on the James Segeyaro bandwagon. Still young, good young hooker. Just needs to clean up his act off field

Or just stick with Nu Brown etc.

This is what segeyaro had to say just before leaving for overseas.

"I want to get back to that form that I believe I can get back to and hopefully come back to the NRL," Segeyaro told Channel Nine on Monday night.

"I have never been in this situation before, a club never wanting me. I was shocked to be in reserve grade ... they said it was best for me if I leave the club."

"We were trying to find different clubs (in the NRL). But everyone else has three or four hookers."
