if we get into a bidding war with brisbane and win then i have no faith in our cap
For his footy skills or the food puns?We should move heaven and earth to get Tofu Harris
unless we've managed to gain a TPA for him to ease the hit on our capif we get into a bidding war with brisbane and win then i have no faith in our cap
Yeah mate, 2010 posted this on the previous page.
Josh Jackson?
Broncos will find a brown paper bag for him, then we'll read the report about how loyalty isn't dead and he stayed at the broncos for $150k less per season to be coached by the great man

Off-contract Brisbane forward Matt Gillett wants to stay at the Broncos despite interest from rival NRL clubs.
The 27-year-old Queensland and Australia representative is the top target of several clubs including Gold Coast and Cronulla.
Brisbane are reportedly unlikely to be able to come close to the money rivals can offer Gillett, who is believed to be earning $450,000 a year under his current deal.
Gillett though says he has little interest in moving away from Red Hill.
"Broncos are a successful club that's why so many players want to be here," Gillett said.
"No rush, I've just got to sit tight and play footy.
"Any player goes through it in their careers ... it something that happens regularly." Broncos teammate Adam Blair says the NRL leaders are building a strong unit at the club and he'd love to see Gillett stay.
Blair himself was the subject of a big money move from Melbourne to Wests Tigers, where he failed to meet the expectation that came with his salary.
The New Zealand international says Gillett would do well to heed his own experience.
"If you think you're going to be happy somewhere else, go there, but at the end of the day everyone around you including yourself and your family need to be happy," Blair said.
"For our sake, at the Broncos, hopefully he stays with us."

MATT Gillett is set to put contentment and happiness ahead of huge dollars by remaining loyal to the Brisbane Broncos.
The Sunshine Coast junior is understood to have had up to $800,000-a-season waved in his face to leave Brisbane - an enticing salary and close to $300,000 a year more than he currently earns from the Broncos.
But like so many other players who have been part of the Brisbane organisation, Gillett loves the lifestyle and successes that goes with playing for the Broncos under Wayne Bennett.
The 27-year-old Queensland and Australian forward has given the strongest indication yet he will agree to an extension in the coming weeks when asked if he wanted to stay at Red Hill.
"I'd love to, yeah," Gillett said. "(But) that's all being sorted out by my management team. I don't worry about it. I just play footy and leave that up to them. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon.
"There's no rush. It will get done. All players go through it."
800k a season!!! No way I thought he was being offered that much. I was thinking the 600 tops.
Wouldn't even be worth the time to offer a player like gillett 600k a year. People need to stop living in 2008.
