Matt Gillett set to walk out the door at Red Hill?

Plenty of clubs have been chasing Matt Gillett, but I reckon the Sharks are the favourites to nab the hard-running Broncos back-rower.

At the club’s last home game against the Titans, one of my spies saw Sharks officials wining and dining Gillett’s manager… as well as the star forward’s mum!


The Broncos remain confident of retaining Gillett - and Wayne Bennett rarely loses players he wants to hang onto.

But sheer weight of dollars may see Gillett pack his bags and leave.
