He doesn't now, but he did when the picture was taken by his "mates" and that's his problem.
Our only error is how quickly we sacked him, so we should only have to pay him (let's say) 4 weeks pay for the period classified as "Due process".
We didn't humiliate him (he and his mates did that) so if he wants the difference of 4 weeks and $3m, then he goes after his "mates" for the difference.

If you gain alternative employment over the course of the contract in question, then that amount comes off any settlement figure. That is a clear fact with the FWC.
He is aiming for the sky and hoping for something smaller , particularly when considering his appalling work history which can also be considered.

James O'Connor released by the reds. Would love to see him in rugby league. Offer him something sharks.

I like him more than most but he's been released from a weak squad not far from pre-season for 'personal reasons'... alarm bells.

So the tigers have signed the two Ipswich jets props, probably because they can afford them. The bloke who dropped Jake Mamo can stay in Queensland for all I care, but the PNG guy Rod Griffin may turn about to be a decent buy for the tiges. Looking forward to seeing him in the top grade if he gets a start.

Mamo is a ****wit. Got what he deserved in that game.
Griffin is smallish but very strong ala Sam Moa. He dominated in that game. The speed of that game wouldnt have been far off a normal NRL game.

I actually think billy won't keep up with the pace and may find his big hits aren't as threatening in first grade. Rod looks like Corey Parker in reserves. Small but strong, hard to put down, and capable of offloads. He looks quicker than Parker. Don't get me wrong, he ain't no Corey Parker.

Copley is a gun. He was one of the form centres of the comp in 2014. Everyones clamoring for a centre that can beat his man and provide strike out wide, Copley did just that in '14 in an average Broncos team.
