I can't stand him. Struggles to get a game with the Titans tells you something

KFFL was identified here over a year ago as a talent but why do we need him now? We have one of the best young backs in the comp in Holmes who will probably share fullback and wing with Barba for the next 2 years. This only makes sense if we have plans to make Val our fullback and Barba a winger (terrible idea) or to keep Barba as a sub and replace one of our backs with him as we have been this season (also a terrible idea).

Unrelated, but I keep forgetting we have Nu brown back next year. It's a sweet thing to remember. This club is getting a serious creativity upgrade next year, this years finals are just a bonus.

Gold Coast's Josh Hall has joined the NRL's Penrith Panthers on a two-year deal.

Hall, who was raised in Townsville, grew up playing rugby league, before becoming a national high jump champion.

The now 25-year-old was on the verge of Olympic qualification, before deciding to make the transition to AFL in 2011.

He was selected by the Suns with pick No. 94 in the 2012 Rookie Draft and was elevated to the senior list last year.

He played seven games and kicked three goals for the Suns over a three year stint with the club, as he tried to make his mark in the side as a tall forward.

Panthers Executive General Manager Phil Gould said that Hall can have a great future in the NRL.

"From the first time I met Josh I was impressed with his personality and enthusiasm," Mr Gould said.

"He possesses great athletic ability and if desire counts for anything, he has a bright future ahead of him.

Looked him up, he played 5 games for the gold coast suns all up a few years ago back when I think they were still garbage. 197cm, 80 something kilos. I don't think we're missing out on anything here.
