The Cowboys thing will be very complicated. Haven't seen anything to get too worked up about yet. I haven't seen anything about players being given property, it sounds like they purchased the properties and land.

The possible issue I see is did the players actually pay for it in full, or all only part of it?. Fine to say oh it sold for $700k and that's market value, but we find that the player only actually paid $350k for it
