So Leilua may be off to Canberra early with possibly Shillington going to Newcastle, as much as Leilua hasn't been in great form of late I hope this happens before we play the knights next week as last seasons game where he destroyed us is still fresh in my mind.

How did I know you would love the comments. I'm surprised you didn't get in before hand. Busy typing up some hilarious response on another forum I bet.

I've been trying to keep it in check a bit Tatus. One day I'll grow up haha.

Lane is a beast. He will be a handful with an off season under his belt.

Maloney won't leave the Roosters. This is all just a ploy to extract a better deal from them.

So the Gold Coast now want both Maloney and hodko.. plus elgey they must want to stockpile them.

I'll tell ya what .
If the NRL gold plates the deal and the Titans nab both , there isn't a lot left in the cupboard to choose from .

FLANNO LOGIC

Sandow : does NOT want structure and the way we play is the most boring , set in cement , structured footy around . ( pass - hit up , pass - hit up , pass - hit up , pass - hit up , pass - pass - hit up , then a shocking kick ) He's not for us .
Murphy : Flanno doesn't rate him , so he's not the messiah .
The storm have two young halves .
Shaun Nona playing Q Cup and blitzing it . Flanno would leave him in NSW Cup til he rots .
Ben Hampton , solid but didn't set the world on fire and knocked back a previous offer .
Canberra have Cornish as perhaps excess , can't get a regular game and with Siezer coming wont . Even Flanno might see some value there .
Robbo : The logical choice for another year :p

Are there other contenders available if the Titans snavel the remaining top shelf halves ?

Perhaps their salary cap might be a bit tighter allowing Cornish to move on .
Then again Cornish wouldn't be on that much .

BREAKING NEWS FROM THE OTHER FORUMs GUN :

The reasoning Ben Hampton is not mentioned in our discussions is because he is absolute ****.
Been told that the Roosters cant get near our offer and that they are leaning towards Hastings and Pearce now.

I think Maloney and Townsend will be a strong, solid combination giving us a very, very good kicking game and a reliable passing game.
Defense is an issue, but whatever, we have had a half back for 4 years whose best footballing trait is tackling and it has us no where so this will be a breath of fresh air.

If the Warriors pick up Nightingale, we could walk away with one or more outside backs from them.
