FROM THE OTHER FORUM - HOWEVER , NOT THE RELIABLE SOURCE - PROB JUST MORE POMMIE BACKLINE TEASE .

Sharks are interested in signing Ryan Hall apparently. He's just signed a new deal with Leeds but that might not be a stumbling block.

Would be a great signing for you lot.

I would love him for this 2016. Offload Ayshford and Gordon hopefully retiring could potentially have a backline of:

1. Holmes
2. Feki
3. Beale
4. Gagan/Luetele
5. Hall
6. Barba
7. Brown

with mitch brown as depth.

anyone who doesnt think mitch brown wont walk into the team is a noob
Then I sir am just such a thing. Don't forget Brown was signed before Flanno returned so is not necessarily one of his choices. He covers 1-5 for injury/form and is a great signing in that role as every guy playing 1-5 will not the coach has a good proven option should they slack off or let the team down. Last year all they had to worry about was Stapo and Gardner.

If he starts round 1 next year it will probably be because someone has been disappointing or inured in pre season IMO.

Good news for us in regard to the Barba factor

Yep, you get the feeling he (Barba) has 100% agreed to move on & not try & fight his way into the team as some media reports have stated, for Broncos to get Boyd means they have used Barba's or part of his wage, whether Barba comes here or not he wont be at Broncos in 2015.

Unless he stays and we get stuck with Darius on the rebound haha.

NUUAUSALA IN LINE FOR BRONCOS SWAP
THE AUSTRALIAN – NOVEMBER 11, 2014
BRISBANE BRONCOS, FRANK-PAUL NUUAUSALA, NEWS, SYDNEY ROOSTERS
Frank- Paul Nuuausala

More than half of the NRL’s clubs are already back at training, preparing for the 2015 season, but it would appear the final make-up of the 16 squads is still far from settled, with Roosters international Frank-Paul Nuuausala the latest big name to be shopped around to rival clubs.

A key member of Trent Robinson’s 2013 premiership squad, Nuuausala has a year to run on his contract.

But even allowing for the departure of Sonny Bill Williams, the Sydney Roosters are blessed with an abundance of big men next season, having just welcomed hulking prop Martin Kennedy back after a disappointing year in Brisbane.

Given the Brisbane Broncos have farewelled former Test prop Ben Hannant (North Queensland Cowboys) and emerging big man David Hala (Gold Coast Titans), Nuuausala and Kennedy may find themselves completing a swap for next season.

i'd take FPN but not as a priority or the money that was being thrown at him last time we went into negotiations with him

hindsight is a mother ****er but I bet he wishes he took our offer now
