Neither of the players are what you would consider an 'established' first grader.
The others are, that's why I personally think he will go with them.
I didn't say this means they are in better form or better players.
It may depend on how they go in trials, but I'd be surprised if Gagan was above them in the pecking order at present.
That's what gets me about the whole established players thing. Brown, Wright, Ayshford may be more experienced but Holmes has something none of them will ever have.
Our backline is what it has been for years because of players like Brown and Wright. I'd like to see Flanno take a bit of initiative for once and pick Gagan or Holmes instead of going with the safe option.
