I'd be surprised if.any less than half the comp haven't spoken to Orr about Barba. He's elite and one of the most marketable players in the comp.

We'll be doing brilliantly to get on the shortlist.

I still have queries about whether he'll move away from his family. I know most are cynical about why he moved to Brisbane but I think there's a lot of truth in him wanting to be near his daughters. Again, we'll be doing amazingly well to resolve that conundrum.

Some challenges for the Board and senior staff at the moment. Big kudos if they can get the right outcomes.

AB , I'd imagine his family would all move back to Sydney if he chose the Sharks .
Ennis could well be the trump card . Plus of course a Big Juicy Offer from us.

My 2nd post on the subject I think said it's up to benji now. Some things are happening that still need to be sorted. The club has thought this through in my opinion. Unlike our attempt to get Marshall where it was just a push to get a name.

I find it strange when people want to be "closer to family" in Queensland, but they will go to either NQLD or Brisbane. If the family is in Brisbane, Townsville is actually further away than Sydney...

Hahaha yeah I always get the LOLz on when that happens. Or when someone leaves Western Sydney to move 2.5 hrs down the road to Queanbeyan to be closer to family.

If we get him that's great if we don't oh well, life goes on.

Immune to any sort disappointment from this club. We don't get him ok then develop the likes of Brown and Murphy, if we do get him atleast the latter two can still develop in NSW Cup.
