It's a depth signing who is better than the back up we already have, are we supposed to have a nsw cup team full of billy slaters or something.

I dunno. Maybe. Not sure how much of a hit his reputation in the League world will take for the ASADA stuff.

If any of our players ever get suspended, he'd have to be a very unappealing coach. Especially if any big name players sue.

& there's the word I've been looking for to sum up Brown, my biggest beef with him when he was here last was he needed a rocket up him, I have a mate who's a tigers fan & I laughed at him when he signed with them. He was happy when he signed with Dogs & now he's laughing his arse off at me that we signed him back.

I don't mind what he's he's gone over the last yr or two but I am hopeful we signed him as a player that fills in from anywhere from spot 15 to spot 25 in our squad & payed him to match that.

Noticed Symonds from manly contract has not been renewed for 2015 , good utility player and Keiran Foran is up next year , match him up with our 20s half , he's good . Foran seems to be lost in all the DCE hype , what would be a fair price , no origin to worry about each year.

Exactly, when you consider this year we lost Stapo and Beau Ryan it don't look good, because going on reports we outbid the bulldogs by 40-50k...I'd say its safe to assume stapo and brown were on similar contracts and thus were paying an extra 40-50k for him and I don't see the 50k improvement do you, a couple of people on here are clutching at straws saying yeah but he's a good nsw cup player...phhuleeease i would rather stapo on a 50k smaller deal to fill in the 5 games or less he plays a year and they save the rest to throw at a real nrl first grader or a weapon outside back for once rather than a 'good depth signing'

Heard rothfield mention that we had signed Steve Price as an assistant... but i had only caught the end of his spiel. Can anyone confirm?
