Btw, I'm talking about you quoting dollar amounts... If you really are privy to this info, why the hell do you post it if it is an offer? and surely whoever gives you the info must be a fool and should be sacked for knowing you will post it... or if you work for the club you should be sacked..

2015 as it looks as if Val Holmes will get that 25th spot in the fg squad, just waiting on NRL approval

Lichaa's dad will be the death of him. When i watch him play I'm expecting him to run through teams.

I'd still hold back on Brown and Holmes this year. Look what happened to Tedesco when he he was rushed in FG was it last year? Broke a leg? Lichaa should play this year, but the NYC guys will only be better next year.

Tedesco debuted against us in Round 1, 2012. From memory, his injury was more a freak accident more than anything.

True but some blokes just look bigger and harder from the outset, and brown and Holmes still look like kids. Foran and Dugan are exceptions granted. DCE played QLD cup before FG. Brown may be up to it, but Val Holmes just looks too immature physically to me. Very happy to be proven wrong.

The other thing to think about is confidence. Put a young bloke in FG too soon, they make some mistakes they lose confidence and it can take a while for them to get their mojo back.

1. Kept him at the sharks

sorry, but if peachey was good enough, he would be playing first grade right now at the panthers. i would trust ivan cleary to be able to judge good talent. peachey is not ready for full time first grade, we knew that here and he was offered a bloody good contract to stay and left to chase the money. he may be a good first grader in a few years, depending on how he applies himself, but right now, he is a nsw cup standard that can fill in in first grade when required.

Look at his body - its obvious he doesn't train hard enough too busy living off natural talent, like so many before him he is slowly working out its not enough to make 1st grade. Got to work hard as well.
